Shipping & Returns
These terms will apply to any ordinary dog accessories ordered once checkout is enabled.

Current status
Accessories are shown for planning only. Ordering is not enabled and payment provider pending — no payment is collected on this site. The terms below describe how shipping and returns will work when ordering opens.
Shipping
- Orders will ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
- Estimated dispatch will be within 2–5 working days of an order being confirmed.
- Delivery timeframes and costs will be shown clearly before any order is placed.
Returns
You will be able to return unused accessories in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Faulty items
If an accessory arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Email support@k9petuk.shop with your order details. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
