How refunds will work for board credits and subscriptions once checkout is enabled.

Current status
Payment provider pending. No payment is collected on this site at present, so there are no charges to refund today. The terms below will apply once checkout is enabled.
Digital board credits
Board credits are a digital service delivered instantly when a board is generated. Once checkout is live, unused credits within a current billing period may be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been spent to generate boards are non-refundable because the service has been delivered.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends. If you cancel within 14 days of the first payment and have not generated any boards in that period, you may request a full refund of that payment.
Accessories
If ordering of physical accessories is enabled in future, returns and refunds for those items will follow our Shipping & Returns policy and your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
How to request a refund
Email support@k9petuk.shop with your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within two working days and to process approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 days.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
